Breathing Inspiration was started in May 2016 when DESIGNnook opened up on the same block as Abby's house.  Always drawn to the creative arts, and recently creating and designing crystal healing bracelets for herself and friends, it felt like the perfect opportunity to sell her creations.  Although always sensitive to the energy of stones, it had only been recently that she understood that her intuition could be used in this realm of healing work. When not focusing on Breathing Inspiration, Abby is working in her psychotherapy practice, spending time with her family (2 kids, husband and fur-baby) throwing pots (on a wheel), and playing in a Samba band around the city.
